Over exertion can cause many problems and makes you feel low, dizzy, and not interested in work sometimes.
Therefore some suggestions are there that you should follow for your healthy heart and for having a healthy life. You should keep checking your level of cholesterol at a good interval of time. You should avoid working continuously for 2 hours on chair as it would lead to heart blockage. Take a round after every 45 minutes. This would maintain a balance and keeps your heart healthy.
Ask your doctor to check your cholesterol regularly. If LDL cholesterol level gets higher then your doctor might recommend you a special type of diet, and medicines and routine exercise. Actually high level of cholesterol is very bad for the heart patient. So it always is kept under control in order to ensure a health heart. Regular exercise should be done (with doctors permission) for at least half an hour, four or more days a week.
